X-Small: fits wrists 5-5.4 inches around and is 4.5 inches long

Small: fits wrists 5.5 inches - 6 inches around and is 5 inches long

Medium: fits wrists 6.1 inches - 6.6 inches around and is 5.5 inches long

Large: fits wrists 6.7-7.2 inches around and is 6 inches long

This watch band is made out of our best selling Bright Pink Athletic Scrunchie material and is only compatible for an Apple Watch. It is a soft, sweat wicking material with a good amount of stretch. This watch band has an elastic band in it and is stretchy but should fit tight against your wrist like a scrunchie would! The connector piece is a black metal that seamlessly matches with any color Apple Watch.

They can be washed in a gentle wash cycle with a mild detergent & cold water and hung to dry.
