Sale items
All items with a sale price are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. NO exceptions.
RETURNS:
You may return unused and unworn full priced andi items within 14 days of post-marked delivery to receive a refund or store credit. Customers who opt in our VIP free returns + package protection coverage, are eligible for a refund on items that don't workout for you.
Customers who opt out of our VIP free returns + package protection coverage are only eligible for returns for STORE CREDIT only. For customers who opt out of our VIP free returns + package protection coverage and want to return product will be responsible for paying for the postage on the return.
To start your return please use our Customer Portal, you will receive a return label and you can print it or scan a QR code at the post office and take it to your local post office. Once we get the package, we will process the return and send you your refund or store credit within 3 business days!
EXCHANGES:
You may exchange unused and unworn full priced andi items within 14 days of post-marked delivery to complete an exchange. Customers who opt in our VIP free returns + package protection coverage, are eligible for a free exchange meaning shipping will be on us :)!
Customers who opt out of our VIP free returns + package protection coverage are eligible for exchanges at the cost of the customer, meaning you will be required to pay for shipping both ways for the exchange.
To start your exchange please use our Customer Portal, you will receive a return label and you can print it or scan a QR code at the post office and take it to your local post office. Once we get the package, we will process the exchange and send out your exchanged item within 3 business days!
Products purchased at a sale price or during a sale are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. No Exceptions!
VIP Checkout:
VIP Checkout is optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order. The VIP Checkout add-on cannot be cancelled or refunded and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. VIP Checkout cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. Damaged Items or other order issues:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please submit a claim through our Customer Portal. Once your claim is received, our team will carefully review the details and supporting information. We’ll work with you to find the best resolution
International Returns
