Any orders placed after Nov. 13 2022, will be eligible for extended returns through the holidays till January 10th. If you ordered a watch bands Nov. 15th and ask for an exchange Jan. 15th. It will be denied. Thank you!

We do accept exchanges for incorrect sizes purchased for dog bandanas but the cost of the return will be the responsibility of the customer both ways. Our size chart is just an estimate and sometimes it won't work for your dog even if the weights match up. If you need help with sizing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You may return unused watch bands within 14 days of post-marked delivery to receive store credit or for an exchange.
You can request a store credit for a returned item if you don't want to exchange it or if the item you want to exchange it with is sold out. The store credit will be for the amount of the item you purchased previously and shipping costs will not be included in the store credit. Store credit will not expire.
To receive your store credit please fill out the webform or email email@example.com with your order number and name you ordered under, we will send you a return label free of charge and you can print it and put it on your return package and place it in the outgoing mail. Once we get the package, we will process the return and send you your store credit within 1-3 business days!

- we will send you a return label free of charge to get it back to us
- once we receive your return, we will place a new order for the correct size watch band
- an invoice for the shipping cost will be emailed to you for $4
- once the $4 invoice is completed, an order will be created and your corrected size will be sent out
Products purchased at a sale price or during a sale are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. No Exceptions!
